Peabudy’s Inc. is hiring a Parts Specialist to join our team in Union Hill, IL (about 15 miles west of Kankakee). In this role you will be playing a key role by supporting our customers and service team by ensuring accurate, timely parts support for farm machinery and agriculture equipment.
We are a six-store farm equipment dealership serving local producers and operators across Illinois. We specialize in agriculture and construction equipment, carrying leading brands such as New Holland Ag and Construction, Great Plains, Landoll, Brandt, and more. Our culture is built on teamwork, accountability, and pride in helping customers succeed.
We offer competitive wage of $20-$23+ per hour based on experience, health, dental and vision insurance (after 90 days), 401(k) retirement plan, and paid vacation (after 1 year).
What you will be doing:
- Communicate with local agriculture and construction customers at the parts counter and over the phone
- Research and identify parts using computer-based systems
- Place and track parts orders with vendors
- Receive, check in, and properly store inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and inventory control
- Sell, load, and answer questions related to animal feed products
- Support a respectful, friendly, and productive team environment
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in parts and storage areas
- Work a 40+ hour work week, including seasonal demands
- Ongoing continuing education through New Holland Blue Star
