Grain Dryer Sales & Dealer Representative\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Grain Dryer Sales & Dealer Representative is responsible for developing, managing, and marketing Superior grain dryers in designated sales regions.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRemote position (travel required)\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nEssential Job Functions:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tEffectively develop, manage, & market dealer relationships to achieve quality, pricing, & volume objectives\r\n\tAdvise and assist dealers by providing detailed information of our grain dryer products\r\n\tBecome an expert in our products and services offered, as well as inventory currently available\r\n\tStrategically promote and sell Superior’s grain dryer products to new and existing customers\r\n\tComplete and process all sales and finance transactions accurately\r\n\tCommunicate and review problem areas and customer issues and follow through with dealers\r\n\tDevelop and execute sales presentations\r\n\tCollaborate with management team to help identify sales opportunities and strategies\r\n\tResolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner\r\n\tMeet or exceed sales targets\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQualifications:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMinimum of 3 years of experience in ag product sales preferred\r\n\tExperience in agricultural and or grain dryers a plus\r\n\tComputer skills (Microsoft products)\r\n\tProfessional presentation, appearance, and work ethic\r\n\tMust have insurable driving record\r\n\tAbility to travel routinely\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\r\nEEO/Drug Free Workplace\r\n
