Hope Springs Veterinary at Great Bridge is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian who enjoys building long-term client relationships, educating pet owners, and practicing thoughtful, compassionate medicine within a positive, team-driven environment.

Hope Springs Veterinary proudly serves the Hampton Roads area, with two locations in Virginia Beach and a third in Chesapeake, Virginia. What You’ll Be Working On
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients
- Diagnosing, treating, and managing a diverse small companion animal caseload
- Educating clients and team members to support informed, collaborative care decisions
- Contributing to a positive, encouraging workplace culture
- Guiding and mentoring exceptional, experienced support staff
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Virginia
- At least 3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Confidence with routine surgery and dentistry
- Ultrasound experience preferred
- Emergency, acupuncture, or rehabilitation experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to educate clients
- Demonstrated compassion for patients, clients, and team members
- Enjoys collaboration and contributing to a team-oriented practice
