Diverse views and experience make them strong.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThey look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, act with integrity, and who support inclusion.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThey will provide you an opportunity to help them raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIf this sounds like the right agricultural opportunity for you, apply today!\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nA DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE BRANCH MANAGER\r\n\r\nAs the Branch Manager you will develop, manage, and implement the branch business plan and operating budget, retail audits, sales objectives and keep all invoicing and accounts receivable in accordance with company policy and direct all aspects of daily operations, including maintenance and repair of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYou will consult with customers, supplies, division management and other appropriate industry personnel to promote products and services and execute a culture of care and comply with all industry regulatory and EH&S standards.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYou will manage all aspects of human resources within 2 small branches and 6 staff, including hiring, promoting, performance management, coaching and discharging within company policy and regulatory compliance and oversee all record keeping functions including recording sales and monies received, maintaining inventory records, and requisitioning supplies in accordance with sales projections and the movement of products within market area.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY?\r\n\r\n\r\n\tIdeally 7+ years of progressively responsible agri-business experience, from the crop input/crop protection industry, or a similar agri-business provider such as farm equipment sales, and/or farm equipment manufacturing.\r\n\tA minimum of 2+ years of leadership or staff management experience is required.\r\n\tA Certificate in Agriculture, Agri-Business Certificate, or equivalent post-secondary education (combinations of education and experience maybe considered) is also considered an asset.\r\n\tA track record in crop input and fertilizer sales, marketing and branch management/budgeting is considered an asset as is a strong agronomic background.\r\n\tMust have a valid Canadian driver’s license.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nREADY TO MOVE FORWARD?\r\n\r\nWe understand your time is valuable, so we have a very quick and easy application process. \r\n\r\n \r\n
