ABOUT THE ROLE
The Agricultural Education Program Officer will lead ACC's efforts to inspire students, educators, and communities about the Australian red meat industry. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned learning experiences, industry tours, and digital education resources that highlight modern agricultural careers and supply-chain practices.
You will coordinate multi-year pilot programs across schools, universities and vocational institutions, build strong partnerships with government, RDCs, and education providers, and align to national initiatives such as the Food & Fibre Education Strategy and the Australian Good Meat program.
This position plays a key role in strengthening community understanding, supporting workforce pathways, and establishing ACC as a leader in authentic, industry-connected agricultural education.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful you must possess a strong passion for our Industry and demonstrated transferable skills in the corporate sector. Through your passion for our industry you must be an engaging and effective communicator with the ability foster positive authentic relationships with a vast range of stakeholders.
You must also be able to communicate confidently with teachers, students, and community groups in both structured and informal learning settings. You will also thrive on working autonomously whilst also fostering our collaborative culture at ACC.

You will possess an undergraduate degree in Education, Agriculture or similar.
