Your
missions :
Analyze market data and sales trends of Ceva and competitors to provide insights and develop a 1-year vision.
Incorporate strategies into subsidiaries' action plans and align corporate vision with country strategies.
Ensure market positioning and trade policy implementation supports medium- and long-term goals.
Identify growth opportunities by gathering customer needs, market intelligence, and strategic business insights.
Strengthen relationships with key accounts, enhance brand equity, and support team development in account management.
Lead execution of the business model across zones, ensuring training in consultative selling skills and resource alignment.
Manage Profit & Loss statements, oversee financial performance, and identify growth revenue opportunities.
Facilitate communication between corporate, subsidiaries, and marketing to ensure consistency in objectives and product launches.
Your
profile :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
Extensive experience in the Poultry industry, preferably within a multinational company. Proven track record in franchise management, strategic planning, and market analysis.
Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.
Proficient in market data analysis and generating actionable market insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to align local actions with global strategic objectives and to identify growth opportunities.
Experience in managing profit and loss statements and delivering financial objectives.
Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships with strategic and key accounts
