Ceva-Phylaxia
seeks applicants for the full-time position of R&D Project PMO Analyst in the Global Portfolio & Project Management Office of Ceva’s Phylaxia
Campus in Budapest’s 10th district.
The
Phylaxia Campus is one of the flagship sites of Ceva Animal Health group. The Global
Portfolio & Project Management Office has the mission to
strengthen Ceva’s portfolio, project, and finance management capabilities, and
to raise our standards of operational excellence across all domains.
WHAT
YOU’LL DO
Reporting to the Global Bio Portfolio
Manager, you will maintain project management standards, best practices,
and consolidate project data.
YOUR DAY
TO DAY
- Define and maintain project management standards, processes and procedures.
- Maintain project management standards and best practices within the organization. Ensure all projects can be consolidated in a coherent manner (incl. project valorization).
- Implement and maintain the project portfolio management (PPM) tool for his/her scope. Generate live consolidation of projects, portfolio indicators including various filters and sortings.
- Participate in improving project management processes, guidances and template. Liaise with other PMO coordinators for harmonization of practices.
- Train project managers to report project in a consistent and harmonized way to enable consolidation, including project's valorization.

Your
profile :
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- High school or University degree (Medical, Biology, Project Management)
- 2 years in Pharmaceutical company
- Hungarian native or fluent, English fluent. French is an advantage.
- Microsoft suite, Smarsheet
