Lund Legacy Farm is hiring a Farm Operations & Equipment Technician to join our team in Enderlin, ND (about 60 miles southwest of Fargo). In this role you will be focused on day-to-day row crop field operations. You will play a key role in planting, spraying, harvesting, and equipment maintenance.
We are a family-run row crop operation in eastern North Dakota. We farm approximately 2,900 acres producing corn, soybeans, and canola. We are rooted in integrity, hard work, and respect for the land. What you will be doing:
- Operate modern row crop equipment safely and efficiently (planting, spraying, harvesting, tillage)
- Equipment operator, setup, calibration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance
- Assist with spray application and chemical handling
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs
- Identify mechanical issues and communicate repair needs
- Assist with grain handling, hauling, and seasonal farm tasks
- Occasionally assist with excavating operations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
