Occupational Health Manager - RN

In this key role as a Registered Nurse, you will be the primary point of care for employees, delivering both routine and urgent medical attention for occupational and general health concerns. Based in the on-site nurse’s station, you’ll perform clinical assessments, health screenings, and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires mobility to respond promptly to incidents on the production floor, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. Your expertise will support employee well-being and workplace safety through compassionate care and adherence to professional nursing practices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage occupational health programs tailored to facility needs, ensuring compliance with policies, protocols, and physician directives.
- Lead and supervise Occupational Health staff, maintaining quality care standards and consistent policy application.
- Ensure accurate, confidential documentation that meets legal requirements, HIPAA compliance, and supports continuity of care.
- Maintain regulatory compliance with OSHA, Worker’s Compensation, and other state/federal requirements, including OSHA log management.
- Provide direct employee care and case management, including first aid, illness/injury assessment, follow-up, and coordination of worker’s compensation cases.
- Oversee health assessments, drug/alcohol testing, and cost containment measures, while ensuring professional, ethical, and legal standards of care.
- May require availability outside normal business hours and travel as necessary.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Health and Safety Team.
What You’ll Need
- Education:High School diploma or GED. Graduate from Associate Degree of Nursing for RN or Diploma of Nursing for RN.
- Certifications:Current RN license in state of employment. Must obtain certification in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections. Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
- Experience:Typically requires 2 year of experience for RN.

- Base Salary range of $97,000 +/- based on experience
- Incentive Pay:This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan.The amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
