missions :
Location: Durham, NC
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations within our distribution environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and efficiently, all while maintaining Ceva’s high standards for quality, safety, and customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
| Responsibilities and Key Duties: |
·Support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure the facility runs efficiently and safely.
·Assist with receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing products while meeting quality standards.
·Maintain accurate inventory by following established processes and using scanning or warehouse technology.
·Collaborate with warehouse team members to troubleshoot operational issues and meet short- and long-term performance goals.
·Replenish inventory manually or using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
·Process, pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
·Follow workflow, equipment layout, and safety protocols to support productivity and compliance.
·Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by adhering to all company procedures and legal regulations.
·Provide general support across inventory and logistics functions as needed.

·High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
·1+ years of warehouse experience (lead or equivalent experience preferred).
·Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
·Experience with order-processing systems, RF scanners, or warehouse management tools.
·Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks); certification or training can be provided.
·Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is a plus.
·Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting operational timelines.
·Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials and stand for extended periods.
This role is performed in a warehouse environment with regular exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment. The position requires standing, walking, lifting, and carrying materials throughout the shift. Work may involve bending, reaching, and operating warehouse machinery.
