AgRevolution is hiring an Account Manager to join our Commercial Application team covering southern Illinois. In this role, you will support farmers and ag businesses by helping them select the right application equipment solutions while growing sales, market share, and long-term customer relationships.

What you will be doing:

Cover an assigned sales territory by traveling to current and prospective customer locations for sales calls, meetings, equipment inspections, and demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying sales opportunities and solving equipment and application challenges.
Assist customers with equipment recommendations, financial analysis, and operational problem-solving using performance data, technical literature, and industry knowledge.
Achieve sales volume, profit, and market share goals for assigned products and territory.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of products, applications, industry trends, and selling techniques.
Participate in sales meetings, product training, and market development activities as scheduled.
Attend trade shows and industry association events to support brand visibility and customer engagement.
Accurately complete and submit required sales documentation, reports, and records using company systems.

This job is for you if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Agricultural Business, or a related field - or 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in large equipment or agricultural equipment sales.
Proven experience growing sales, customer relationships, and market share within a defined territory or product line.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort using computers, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer relationships and priorities.
