In the role of
Agribusiness Manager, you will join the
WA Regional and Agri team that's doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Directly manage a complex portfolio of key clients and influencers.
- Implement and monitor strategic business plans.
- Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses.
- Utilise your networks within pre-farmgate and post-farmgate local markets.
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
- Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service.
We're looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- Passion for relationship management and customer service
- Finance and Agri background
- Experience and enjoyment of all aspects for financial analysis
- Drive and tenacity
Relocation and housing assistance will be considered on a case-by-case basis and the role is supported with a NAB shared vehicle.
