Overview
Kemin Aquascience is seeking a Sales Manager Northern Europe.
The Sales Manager Northern Europe will be the driving force behind our growth in the aquaculture and salmon feed market across North Europe. Reporting to the Commercial Director EMENA/LATAM, you will lead strategic commercial initiatives, build influential customer relationships, and strengthen Kemin’s market presence. This position offers full P&L responsibility and the opportunity to shape the commercial success of a rapidly expanding business unit.

Responsibilities
In this impactful and strategic role, you will:
- Lead, develop, and execute comprehensive commercial strategy to accelerate Kemin AquaScience's market penetration and growth in Northern European aquaculture markets.
- Manage full regional operations, including distributor, agent, and consultant partnerships.
- Own and deliver net sales, gross margin, and operating income targets.
- Build and execute the regional annual business plan and budget.
- Drive customer engagement through continuous interaction with key accounts, market stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, and leadership teams.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments—and translate them into strategic recommendations.
- Develop a strong customer and prospect pipeline based on data-driven market insights.
- Identify, penetrate, and grow target accounts—both independently and through partners.
- Ensure accurate monthly sales forecasting and effective pricing strategies aligned with company policies.
- Contribute customer insights to product development initiatives.
- Represent Kemin at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications
You are a self-driven, strategic, and relationship-focused commercial professional who brings:
- A bachelor’s degree in animal science, aquaculture, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the aquaculture industry.
- A strong understanding of aquaculture business processes and customer needs.
- Proven sales expertise with strong technical knowledge to lead customer discussions.
- Outstanding interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, analytical, and solution-focused attitude.
