Job Description
Role Summary:
- Deliver impactful technical training on companion animal health to local teams and field marketing.
- Lead targeted seminars for field veterinarians to elevate clinical knowledge.
- Resolve customer issues, conduct regular field visits, and provide expert product support.
- Collaborate with veterinary colleges on technical initiatives and business development.
- Review and approve all technical marketing brochures; coordinate closely with Marketing.
- Organize and lead technical seminars for field audiences.
- Manage customer complaints; coordinate with Global/Regional teams and provide timely support on product concerns.
- Run field trials with Global/Regional teams: set protocols, capture observations, and submit reports.
- Provide overarching coordination and support to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: B.V.Sc & A.H.; M.V.Sc preferred
- Experience: 2–4 years in field operations, managing diverse on-ground situations and delivering technical solutions
- Technical skills: Companion animal disease diagnosis, vaccination, and treatment; product troubleshooting; seminar/training delivery
- Role-specific capability: Provide technical support and training to local teams; handle customer complaints and queries; support business development activities
- Behavioral competencies: Strong communication, problem solving, organization, customer focus, integrity and trust, goal orientation
