FERA Diagnostics and Biological Corp is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Pacific Northwest ideally within the designated territory of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting FerAppease. You will collaborate with distribution partners, resellers, veterinarians, and other key stakeholders to expand market presence and increase product adoption. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, resellers, veterinarians, and key accounts to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Conduct regular sales visits and presentations to veterinary clinics, producers, and other potential customers to promote FerAppease® and educate on its benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback, identify opportunities for product improvement, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and generate reports to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
- Represent Fera at animal health and agriculture industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential partners and customers and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the animal health or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth and making a positive impact on animal health.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales tracking and reporting.
