Your
missions :
- Market & Competitor Insights: Collect and share relevant competitor and customer information with Sales and Management, reporting on significant market changes.
- Customer Engagement: Share visit insights, resolve complaints, and maintain updated customer databases while building long-term strategic relationships with veterinarians and key decision-makers.
- Sales Execution: Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, close business, take orders, and prepare sales activities in line with the defined Sales Process.
- Territory Management: Prioritize and manage activities to achieve territory objectives according to segmentation.
- Negotiation & Collaboration: Negotiate with local buyers per Commercial Policy and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers for larger buying groups.
- Product & Policy Development: Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on competitor developments and customer feedback.

Drive behavioral change at veterinary practices through technical product
discussions, presentations, and influencing veterinarians to recommend Ceva
products
Your
profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Veterinary Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3–5 years of sales or account management experience, ideally in the animal health, pharmaceutical, or veterinary industry
- Understanding of veterinary practices, animal health products, and competitor landscape.
- Proven ability to manage territories, negotiate with buyers, close deals, and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish long-term strategic partnerships with veterinarians and key decision-makers.
- Skilled in evaluating market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend product or policy changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate and influence veterinary professionals.
