Job Description Lead the Swine Business Unit to achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives, with a specific focus on accelerating growth in Circovirus / Mycoplasma segment and PRRS. Define clear business objectives, develop and execute differentiated sales and marketing strategies, and establish long‑term strategic plans for the swine portfolio. Be responsible for overall P&L, market share development, and cross‑functional leadership to secure a sustainable #1 position in key swine disease segments. Main Roles & Responsibilities Swine strategy and market development Develop and execute the Swine BU strategy, with clear plans to grow Circo and Myco market share. Analyze swine market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer segments (integrators, large farms, independent producers, vets) to identify growth opportunities. Build and maintain robust market share tracking for the swine portfolio (by territory, clinic, and key account). Use data and analytics (channel through vet clinic and/or wholesaler to swine farm and pricing analysis) to refine strategy, resource allocation, and promotional focus. Aligning local Swine BU strategy with regional and global swine strategies, actively contributing market insights and feedback on portfolio needs. Commercial Planning & Execution Translate strategic objectives into annual and quarterly commercial plans with clear targets by product, territory, segment, and sales channel. Drive launch excellence for new swine products and line extensions by partnering with regulatory, supply chain, technical, and finance to ensure timely product registrations, reliable supply, and compliant promotional activities. Strengthen pricing and margin management to maximize BU profitability while remaining competitive in key segments. Launch new product aligning with demand from industry and achieve financial outcomes above expectation. Strengthen Key Account & Channel Management for Swine Implement Key Account Management (KAM) for top swine customers and integrators, ensuring tailored Circo/Myco value propositions, joint business plans, and regular performance reviews. Segment and managing the dealer and distributor network specific to swine, aligning incentives, training, and joint marketing to drive swine product adoption. Collaborate with the technical team to deliver on farm programs, audits, and trainings that demonstrate the value of our solutions (e.g., improved health parameters, performance, and ROI). People management and development Develop the sales and technical teams’ swine disease expertise through continuous training and field coaching. Co-work with sales team lead & technical team lead and coach them in all aspects of performance vs. objectives in an ongoing & timely manner Foster a culture of technical selling behavior where teams proactively design solutions for swine producers rather than only selling products. Set clear, measurable performance indicators linked to market share growth and execution quality (not just volume). Required Competencies/Qualifications Functional Knowledge: Marketing & statistics principles, Strong knowledge of swine production systems, swine health and economics. In‑depth understanding of swine industry Skills: Proven experience in portfolio and brand management in animal health, ideally swine, Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution to gain market share in competitive markets, Experience in key account management and channel management within the swine or livestock industry, Strong analytical and financial acumen to manage P&L, pricing, and investment decisions. Leadership Behaviors: Drive results, Focus on what matter, Build the talent, Innovation Minimum Level of Education 4 –Year University or above Preferred Major/Area of Study: Veterinary medicine or Livestock engineering Minimum Level of Experience More than 7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3–5 years in animal health preferred (commercial, marketing, or technical) and proven success driving growth in vaccines or disease‑specific solutions.
