Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for building the vaccine business at Kemin Biologics in Myanmar
- Distributor Management
- Manage channel partner to achieve agreed sales targets
- Regular visits with dealers to understand market condition and feedback
- Regular outreach program with dealers e.g. technical seminars
- Grow Institutional Sales
- Building and maintaining a positive relationship with individual key account
- Drive sales penetration and increase sale of wallet with each key account
- Regularly update NEXA to ensure accurate account plan
- Sales Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Manage pricing in accordance with directions set by line manager
Qualifications
- BS in biology, biological chemistry, veterinary medicine, agricultural science, microbiology, chemistry, organic chemistry, or biochemistry with min 10 years of experience, in Veterinary/Animal Health or related business
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work in an unsupervised capacity whilst maintaining focus.
- Results-oriented.
- Clear, persistent, patient and proactive communication skills.
- Superior project management skills with experience in planning, innovating, developing and selling value-added propositions using sound technical and commercial reasoning.
- Excellent distributor management and relationship-building skills.
Additional Information:
The Sales Manager is based in Myanmar. The position requires tremendous flexibility and will require the incumbent to travel domestically (~50%) and internationally (2-4 times a year).
