Models composure and decision-making in stressful situations.\r\n- Organized to work within deadlines; attention to detail, problem-solve under pressure and handle emerging requirements with accuracy.\r\n- Competent in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\r\n\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\n- Experience in food manufacturing facilities (esp. poultry)\r\n- Regulatory compliance knowledge, including USDA regulations, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety (SQF)\r\n- Experience in SAP\r\n- Knowledge of general First Aid and CPR\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nHansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing an established food processing operation who is currently seeking a key individual for the role of Process Safety Coordinator. As the Process Safety Management (PSM) Coordinator, this successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the process safety management compliance efforts, per all required government/applicable regulations and company philosophy on team member safety.\r\nEssential Functions:\r\n- Ensures PSM compliance by serving as the primary resource for the implementation and enforcement of all PSM program components, to include tracking and reporting all PSM metrics that document our compliance with the program, review, update and communicating plant procedures that comply and align with applicable regulations (e.g OSHA, EPA reports) and maintain all plant PSM records/reports.\r\n- Educates and updates team members by developing, coordinating, and facilitating all required PSM trainings and manuals to cover the 14 PSM elementals and corporate and/or plant-specific procedures; educates key managers, supervisors, and hourly personnel on their roles in PSM and RMP compliance.\r\n- Creates SOPs and P & ID (Piping and Instrumentation diagrams) for new construction projects, and make modifications to those that are found to be incorrect.\r\n- Develop and contribute to PSM incidental manual and RMPs for the company's facility.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
