Wright Implementis hiring an Ag Service Technicianto join our team in Owensboro, KY (about 100 miles southwest of Louisville). In this role you will be performing basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on customer owned and dealer owned Agriculture - Turf Equipment and Farm Machinery.

What you will be doing:
- Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on farm machinery, agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products
- Participating in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
- Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
- Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
- Account for all time on a timecard and for all material used in performing assigned duties
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
This job is for you if you have:
- Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures
- Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
- 1+ years of experience performing service repairs
- Basic Service Technician certification is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Fork lift license preferred
