What you’ll do
As a Hyperautomation Scaler, you will translate strategy into scaled adoption ensuring that hyperautomation and agentic AI move beyond prototypes to become part of Nutreco’s global operating model. Your work expands impact, safeguards quality, and accelerates business value creation.
- Translate digital strategy into a scalable adoption model for hyperautomation and agentic AI.
- Lead global rollout of proven use cases, driving reuse, standardisation and cross‑BU impact
- Collaborate with the Hyperautomation Development Scaling Manager and IT to ensure delivery alignment, focusing on business enablement and adoption at scale
- Support the global citizen developer community, supporting safe and responsible innovation across BUs.
- Promote safe use of agentic AI, ensuring guardrails, policies, and compliance are understood and followed
- Identify high‑value AI opportunities and support teams on adoption, experimentation and scaling
- Partner with technical teams to ensure responsible architecture and governance.
Who we’re looking for
You’re someone who is responsible, strategic, and ready to Own this role. You bring deep experience in scaling digital innovation, influencing complex organisations, and enabling sustainable transformation. You’ll also need:
- 8+ years in digital transformation, automation, AI adoption or enterprise‑level program scaling
- Proven track record rolling out enterprise‑wide automation or AI programs
- Strong experience in change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and driving behavioural adoption
- Ability to link technology to business outcomes and articulate value/ROI
- Knowledge of hyperautomation (agentic AI, low‑code, automation frameworks) and emerging AI trends
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and passion for enabling others
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Innovation, Digital, or related fields
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage
