Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Staff Veterinarian to join our client to support the health and welfare of large animals within a dynamic, multi-species research and biotech production environment. This role provides essential veterinary oversight, ensuring animals remain healthy, well-managed, and compliant with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings strong large-animal experience, thrives in a hands-on farm setting, and enjoys collaborating across operational and research teams. Relocation assistance may be offered for qualified candidates.

$200,000/year
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, normal business hours

Pipersville, PA or Everett, PA (onsite)
Key Responsibilities of the Staff Veterinarian:
- Deliver comprehensive multi-species veterinary care
- Provide medical assessments, routine exams, treatments, and clinical oversight for various large-animal species, ensuring optimal health for research and production needs.
- Support preventive health programs and daily welfare
Partner with farm and operational teams to establish wellness protocols, manage biosecurity measures, and contribute to effective herd and flock health strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness
Uphold USDA, AAALAC, and internal standards by monitoring conditions, documentation, and procedures, supporting a culture of safety, ethics, and compliance.Assist in staff onboarding and skills training while offering veterinary input on new facility expansions, program development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to training and operational development
Qualifications and Skills for the Staff Veterinarian:
- DVM/VMD degree required, with strong large-animal or farm-animal experience.
- Experience working with multiple species in regulated, research, or production environments.
- Familiarity with USDA, AAALAC, IACUC, or similar regulatory frameworks (or willingness to learn).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to relocate if needed; background in biotech, pharma, or multi-species programs is a plus.
