missions :
Position Overview
We are recruiting for our Beaucouzé site, dedicated to autogenous
vaccine activities (Biovac) within the Ceva Santé Animale group, an Executive
Assistant & Communications Officer. This role requires strong
versatility and plays a key part in the site's daily operations, internal
coordination, and support to the site’s leadership team.
The position is structured around three essential pillars that
ensure the smooth functioning of the campus:
Executive Assistance :
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, priorities, meetings, and business travel.
- Prepare and follow up on internal and external visits (partners, cross‑functional teams, delegations, multi‑site projects).
- Organize meetings and committees: logistics, invitations, documentation, and overall coordination.
- Handle the site’s daily administrative operations, including:
- office supply and IT requests
- coordination with general services and internal support teams
- transversal administrative follow‑up
- Facilitate smooth coordination between local teams, the French affiliate, and other group entities.
Local & Internal
Communications :
- Update and manage the campus’ internal communication channels: digital screens, intranet, internal news.
- Create and adapt visual communication materials: photos, videos, presentations, posters, and content highlighting site activities.
- Implement the France communication strategy at site level, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging.
- Contribute to employer branding by promoting site initiatives and strengthening internal visibility.
- Provide communication support to autogenous vaccine activities (technical materials, presentations, internal content).
Internal Events
Coordination :
- Organize and coordinate a variety of internal events involving multiple campus teams, including:
- onboarding days, welcome sessions, and site introduction pathways
- internal information meetings, cross‑functional gatherings,
workshops
- team‑building activities, internal engagement events, themed days
- professional or technical visits: logistics, hosting, preparation
of materials
- Responsibilities include:
- planning
- logistical coordination (rooms, equipment, hosting)

Your
profile :
Skills & Expérience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, ideally in a demanding industrial and/or international environment.
- Dual expertise in executive assistance and internal communications.
- Strong English and French proficiency (written and spoken), essential for interaction with international stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills: prioritization, rigor, anticipation, autonomy.
- Strong interpersonal abilities: diplomacy, service orientation, and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Daily interaction with local teams, proximity communication, marketing support, internal services, and international teams.
- Proficiency with office and communication tools (PowerPoint, visual content, internal screens, digital supports).
- Discretion, confidentiality, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple simultaneous requests.

- Balance the dual responsibilities of executive support and communication.
