Job Purpose and Impact
The Construction Safety Lead is responsible for leading and executing construction safety programs to ensure ZERO Harm across projects. This role oversees safety performance metrics, manages third-party Construction Safety Specialists, conducts construction safety audits, and drives continuous improvement through data-driven insights and strong leadership in ZERO Harm initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Track, analyze, and report construction safety metrics using Enablon, Avetta, and PowerBI.
- Manage and coordinate third-party Construction Safety Specialists to ensure consistent safety standards across projects.
- Support Construction Team management group with planning and coordination of safety resources and project safety planning.
- Conduct Construction Safety Audits to verify compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead and promote ZERO Harm initiatives, focusing on SIF Elimination
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and audit findings.
- Support continuous improvement of construction safety programs and processes.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Experience in construction safety management or a related safety role
- Ability to travel up to 75%
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of safety management systems such as Enablon and Avetta.
- Experience using PowerBI or similar tools to analyze and present safety data.
- Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and influence cross-functional and third-party teams.
- Strong audit, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
Posting Details
The expected salary for this position is $150,000 - $170,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
