We’re hiring a Business Development Manager working remotely in Wisconsin who will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Acepsis technologies within identified territories. The role ensures the optimal performance and adoption of advanced solutions, including milking hygiene systems, water treatment systems, facility hygiene solutions, and cutting-edge innovations like the SMART TROUGH technology. This field-based position requires travel throughout assigned areas to engage with clients, provide product expertise, and drive sales growth.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Sales and Marketing of Acepsis Technologies:
- Promote and sell Acepsis products, emphasizing their benefits for improving animal health, milk quality, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the territory.
Customer Engagement and Support:
- Build strong relationships with dairy farm operators, veterinarians, and other key influencers.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training to ensure effective product use.
- Participate in dairy events, trade shows and open houses.
Market Development:
- Identify potential customers and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Educate clients on the unique value propositions of Acepsis technologies, focusing on ROI and sustainability.
Technical Knowledge and Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of Acepsis product lines and their applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers as needed.
Travel and Territory Management:
- Travel throughout assigned territories to meet with clients, assess needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage time and resources effectively to maximize territory coverage.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports for the Vice President of Business Development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in agriculture, animal health, or hygiene solutions.
- Current knowledge of milk quality, udder health, efficient milking procedures and calf raising is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
