Purpose :
The purpose of this role is to design, govern, and continuously enhance the Total Rewards framework to ensure it is externally competitive, internally equitable, legally compliant, and aligned with business strategy and culture.
The role acts as a strategic advisor to leadership on compensation, incentives, benefits, and rewards, while also ensuring operational excellence in execution. It supports the organization’s ambition to be recognized as a “Best Place to Work” by attracting, motivating, and retaining high-quality talent across geographies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Total Rewards Strategy & Governance :
- Design and continuously refine compensation, benefits and incentive frameworks aligned with business strategy and Total Rewards philosophy
- Compensation Structure & Job Evaluation :
- Manage Job Evaluation, pay structures, grading and salary ranges
- Market Benchmarking, Budgeting & Analytics :
- Conduct salary benchmarking, participate in surveys and manage Personnel & Non Personnel cost budgets for GF HR
- Benefits, Wellbeing & Expatriate Rewards:
- Design, administer and enhance benefits, wellbeing programs and expatriate compensation
- Annual Compensation & Incentive Cycles :
- Lead annual increment, promotion, bonus and incentive review cycles
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with leadership, manage vendors/consultants
Complexity
The role involves highly complex, routine Total Rewards work, requiring strong analytical skills and professional judgement. It integrates multiple factors such as business strategy, market data, internal equity, cost impact and regulatory requirements. The incumbent is expected to independently diagnose reward challenges and design fit-for-purpose solutions. A high level of freedom to think and interpret policies is exercised within defined global frameworks and budgets. Recommendations have significant financial and employee-experience impact. The role functions as a trusted subject-matter expert and advisor to leadership.
Experience / Skills
- Specific Education : Post Graduate Diploma/MBA/MMS in Human Resources Management.
- Work Experience : 15- 20 years
- Special Skills : Strong analytical ability, Integrity, sharp Thinking and an eye for detail along with meticulous approach to work, Strong excel skills and ability to handle large volumes of data, Communication and influencing skills
