Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures.
Perform routine laboratory tests, including X-rays and blood work.
Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by the veterinarian.
Monitor animal health and behavior, providing necessary updates to the veterinary team.
Maintain accurate medical records for each patient.
Provide support in animal husbandry practices, ensuring proper care and handling of all animals.
Educate pet owners on proper pet care, nutrition, and training techniques.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic or hospital environment.

Requirements

Certification or degree in Veterinary Technology is preferred.
Experience in animal care or veterinary settings is highly desirable.
Knowledge of animal physiology and husbandry practices.
Skills in dog handling is advantageous.
Familiarity with X-ray equipment and procedures is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with pet owners and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
