missions :
Context:
As part of the deployment and maintenance of complex equipment in France and internationally, the After-Sales Service Supervisor’s main mission is to lead and manage operational teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation technicians on a daily basis (operational follow-up and support) in France and abroad.
- Organize and optimize schedules, travel arrangements, and task assignments.
- Occasionally participate in installations or troubleshooting to support technicians (travel required).
- Contribute to the technical analysis of complex issues to provide diagnostic support and collaborate with internal technical teams to relay field information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of after-sales procedures and practices.
- Manage,lead,and coordinate the team: define roles and responsibilities, ensure skill development and alignment of competencies with job requirements.
- Oversee the HR cycle for your team: (recruitment, performance and development reviews, salary increases, development plans) in collaboration with the After-Sales Manager and HR department.
Your
profile :
Your Profile:
Technical background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, or Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in a technical environment with an international dimension.
Strong knowledge of mechanics and electricity.
Basic knowledge of automation and biosecurity.
Experience in team management/coordination.
Proficiency in office tools and industry-specific software.
Professional proficiency in French and English
Required Behavioral Skills:
Leadership and ability to unite a team.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Reactivity and ability to handle complex situations and make quick decisions.
Adaptability and openness to international environments.
Location:
Plouédèrn, Finistère.
Up to 15% national and international travel, depending on company needs.
