NOW HIRING - ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
Kemin is seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist for our Missouri campus with operations in both Verona and Sarcoxie. The primary location for this position is in Verona, Missouri. This person provides administrative support to the business and is the first point of contact for visitors. It is critical that this person display a constant positive attitude as well as the ability to think quickly and rationally in stressful situations. This position interacts with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization.

Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact with courtesy and professionalism including phone calls and gate access.
- Ensure all visitors, vendors and contractors sign in, are current with required training and documentation and connect them to the appropriate point of contact.
- Distribution of incoming/outgoing parcel packages including USPS, UPS and FedEx.
- Order and maintain stock supplies for the office, and serve as point of contact for vendors of stock materials, including janitorial supplies, uniforms and PPE.
- Coordinate weekly grocery orders and delivery for campus.
- Facilitate campus events both on and off-site including meetings, lunches, engagement activities, and community events.
- Support a variety of administrative tasks within the Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Operations and HR departments, as applicable.
- Use multiple databases to support business and campus.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years related experience.
- Proficient with computer systems including MS Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Good customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work both the Verona and Sarcoxie sites as needed.
