Progressive row crop producer in Nebraska is seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator who is also willing and ideally able to drive a semi for local grain hauls. This role is flexible and can be tailored to the individual s strengths, but preference will be given to candidates who are open to doing both equipment operation and truck driving, depending on the time of year.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tOperate a wide variety of modern farm equipment used in planting, spraying, harvesting, and general fieldwork (corn and other row crops).\r\n\tHaul grain and farm commodities locally using semi-trucks and hopper-bottom trailers; home every night.\r\n\tPerform daily equipment checks and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.\r\n\tAdapt to varied tasks and changing responsibilities throughout the season.\r\n\tBe punctual, dependable, and trustworthy able to work independently and take initiative.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQualifications:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tStrong experience operating farm equipment; familiarity with precision ag technology a plus.\r\n\tWillingness and ability to drive truck when needed; CDL required or willingness to obtain one.\r\n\tMechanical aptitude and attention to detail in performing routine maintenance and minor repairs.\r\n\tSelf-starter with problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.\r\n\tFlexible, family-oriented mindset; willing to pitch in wherever needed.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThis is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability, a positive workplace culture, and meaningful work with a reputable Nebraska farm.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nBENEFITS:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nPaid Vacation\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
