MacBOT Corporation is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to join our team remotely in the state of Texas. In this role you will lead dealer development and retention efforts across the Texas agriculture market. This is not just a sales role. It is an opportunity to build and strengthen a high-performing dealer network within the farm machinery and agriculture equipment industry.

We offer competitive compensation of $75,000 base salary plus commission based on experience, health insurance, paid vacation, and performance-based bonuses.
What you will be doing:
- Identify, vet, and onboard high-potential agriculture equipment dealers to expand MacSteer’s footprint across Texas and surrounding markets
- Develop and strengthen independent farm and agriculture dealer networks
- Serve as the primary business consultant to existing dealers to increase sales performance and improve service quality
- Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and training to dealer sales teams, with emphasis on autonomous systems and precision agriculture technology
- Monitor competitor activity including John Deere, Case IH, and Kubota
- Provide market feedback and insights to leadership and product development teams
- Travel approximately 50 to 60 percent within the territory to visit dealerships, support farm customers, and attend Agriculture trade shows and industry events
- Maintain strong field presence while managing territory growth objectives
This job is for you if you have:
- 5 years of successful sales experience in the farm and agriculture equipment industry
- Proven track record of managing and developing independent agriculture dealer networks
- Experience selling or supporting autonomous driving systems, GPS guidance, or Precision Agriculture technology preferred
- Strong existing relationships with farm and agriculture equipment dealerships in Texas and Oklahoma preferred
- Results-driven closer with the ability to build long-term dealer and customer trust
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
