BLOOM FRESH™ is looking to hire a Commercial Lead to work with table grape growers in the U.S. In this position, you'd oversee building and maintaining relationships with growers and monitoring their needs for plant purchases. This role provides post sale customer service, advises growers on varietal commercial performance to foster positive and long business-partner relations aligned with global commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute regional commercial strategy under the direction of the General Manager, leading business development and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Licensees, building and maintaining long-term, sustainable relationships.
- Visit licensees, growers, cold storage facilities, and retailers during commercial and testing phases to support variety performance, provide post-sale service, and ensure trademark compliance.
- Facilitate compliance with trademark agreements and internal license system requirements, including audits, planting validations, field removals, and system updates (GPS/geo-referencing).
- Manage planting forecasts, product lifecycle activities, and associated royalty revenue streams, including report review, billing coordination, and performance analysis versus budget.
- Coordinate Open Days, tours, grower visits, and activities supporting new variety development.
- Manage product lifecycles and associated royalty revenue streams, including scheduling and supervising planting audits, validating data, and maintaining accurate database records within required deadlines.
- Collaborate with Technical, Legal, Finance, and Nursery teams to ensure contract compliance, royalty processing, planting material alignment, and technical understanding of varieties.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare management reports, attend meetings, and support post-harvest evaluations and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural/Horticultural related field
- Experience: or equivalent professional experience of at least five years in the table grape, cherries, blueberries industry, focused on grower relations & Market knowledge.
- Strong retail and grower network within CA.
- Interpersonal/customer relationship skills.
- Computer skills: office 365, excel, outlook.
- Valid driving license and clean record at all times.
- Availability to travel.
- Languages: Local language and English.
