Northern Lights Veterinary Clinic is located in Labrador City and is a progressive fast-paced clinic servicing a wide area in western Labrador with many great clients. The hospital is well-equipped with Cornerstone software, ultrasound, in-house blood machine and digital radiography. We are looking to hire a Veterinary Receptionist
The following is a list of duties;

Checking in and checking out clients while taking payments and ensuring they have a positive experience
- Answering the phone, voicemail, emails and social media messages
- Booking in and confirming appointments with clients
- Working with clients to answer their questions and provide quotes
- Cleaning the clinic and performing laundry duties
- Restocking the retail area and exam rooms
- Providing support for clinical procedures such as surgeries, lab work and appointments
- Caring for animals and assisting the Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians
- Performing other clinical duties as necessary
We are looking for someone who has a Veterinary Assistant Diploma or equivalent working experience. The ideal candidate is positive, high energy, trustworthy, is a team player and can handle the busy environment and fast pace.
