Job Description: A full-time opportunity is available for a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Veterinary Specialist to step into a Specialty Medical Director position within a leading referral hospital providing Surgery, Critical Care, and 24-hour Emergency Services. This leadership-focused role blends advanced clinical practice with mentorship responsibilities, allowing you to influence patient care standards while supporting the professional development of your veterinary team.

Working closely with hospital leadership and practice management, you will guide clinical protocols, support medical decision-making, and help drive quality outcomes across specialty departments. The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies including Sound Digital Radiology units, a Storz Endoscopy suite, Samsung ultrasound systems, DRE Volumax Oxygen System, and ventilator oxygen assist therapy.
