Technical Officer of Animal Care
Location: Padstow Campus
Permanent Part Time (2 days per week, plus occasional weekend work)
$90-081-$100,536 salary package – includes base salary ($80,246 - $88,576), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading (Part Time Pro Rata)

About the role
We are looking for individuals with current industry experience and knowledge in the care and husbandry of animals to join our team as a Technical Officer of Animal Care. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of education services through providing care, monitoring and feeding of TAFE NSW animals and ensuring their safety and welfare requirements are met.
This is a Permanent Part Time opportunity, and you will be required to work 2 days (14 hours) per week plus occasional weekend work, based at our Padstow Campus.

We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the care and husbandry of animals.
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or similar) or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience appropriate to the role.
- Ability to work as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
