Job Description: Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join a large, multi-doctor small animal and exotics practice in Harlingen, Texas. This well-established hospital has served the Rio Grande Valley for nearly 40 years and is one of the most respected clinics in the region. The practice offers comprehensive care for small animals and exotics, supported by a collaborative team of progressive veterinarians and long-tenured support staff. The facility is modern and well-equipped, featuring advanced diagnostic tools and record dictation software to streamline workflow and reduce administrative burden.
Flexible scheduling options include a four-day workweek with one extended five-day weekend per month, as well as alternative flex scheduling arrangements. There is also opportunity to develop urgent care services for those with a special interest in emergency medicine. Exotic animal experience is welcomed but not required, as training and mentorship are available.
Package:
- Base salary starting from $125,000–$140,000 (commensurate with experience)
