Now, we’re searching for a Cert IV Qualified Veterinary Nurse or Degree Qualified Veterinary
Technician with a minimum of 3 years’ veterinary nursing experience to join us at Gawler Animal
Hospital and our new clinic; Animalia Vet Clinic.

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a veterinary nurse: You bring a wealth of

knowledge and expertise, ensuring high-quality care for every patient. 

THE ROLE
As a Veterinary Nurse or Veterinary Technician, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clinic
operates smoothly and our clients feel supported every step of the way. Your responsibilities will
include: 
Inducing, intubating, prepping and recovering surgeries. 
Assisting in dental x-rays, grading, and scale and polishes. 
Providing and monitoring anaesthesia. 
Hospital patient TPR’s, medicating and caring for our patients. 
Team consulting alongside our veterinarians. 
Exposure to wildlife and exotics 
Providing comfort and support to clients and their pets during visits.
