This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQUALIFICATIONS:\r\n\r\n- 5+ years current or recent experience in row crop production\r\n- Plant through harvest experience preferred\r\n- Solid farming background\r\n- Needs to be mechanically inclined to handle routine maintenance and general repairs\r\n- Arc welding & fabrication skills a plus\r\n- Experience operating self-propelled sprayer a plus\r\n- Must have a clean/good driving record and have good experience operating tractor trailer/CDL a plus, but not required\r\n- Looking for individual that is motivated, long-term and career-minded with a passion for agriculture\r\n- Must be able to work independently and be trustworthy and responsible\r\n- Good attitude and dependable\r\n- Excellent commutation skills and ability to work as a team player and in a productive manner\r\n- Must be a self-starter, easy going and able to get along with others\r\n\r\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nHansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Farm Foreman for a Missouri crop producer. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined with recent experience in crop production. Handle equipment maintenance and repairs during the off-season, ensuring machinery is field-ready for the next crop year. Off-season work may also include tillage, grain hauling, and general shop duties.\r\n\r\nThis farm produces dryland corn, wheat, soybeans, and alfalfa. Primary responsibilities will include operating the applicator and other equipment for planting and harvesting. Responsibilities will vary by season, so flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.\r\n\r\nPreferred skills include:\r\n\r\n- Experience in grain handling, drying, and storage\r\n\r\n- Ability to climb grain bins\r\n\r\n- Problem-solving and hands-on skills to make repairs or build solutions as needed\r\n\r\n- Strong work ethic, neat appearance, and ability to take direction\r\n\r\n- Team-oriented mindset, willing to help others when needed\r\n\r\nThis family-friendly farm is looking for a long-term employee who takes pride in their work, has solid character, and wants to grow in both responsibility and opportunity as the operation expands.
