Job Description: Our client is seeking a Mixed Animal Locum Veterinarian to provide short-term coverage within a modern country practice. The caseload includes a blend of small animal consultations and surgery alongside cattle and sheep work, with opportunities to travel to surrounding farms to support local producers. This role offers valuable exposure across multiple species in a welcoming rural setting.
The position runs from 23rd March until 17th April 2026, with weekday shifts and one Saturday morning included. It would suit a veterinarian confident in general practice work who enjoys variety and a balance of clinic-based and field responsibilities.
Package:
- Monday to Friday schedule 8:30am–5:00pm with one-hour lunch break
- One Saturday shift 9:00am–12:00pm during the placement
