In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Providing urgent and same-day medical care for small animal patients
Assessing cases, performing diagnostics, and developing effective treatment plans
Carrying out surgical procedures and clinical treatments when appropriate
Working collaboratively with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure efficient workflow
Communicating clearly with clients regarding treatment options and follow-up care
Qualifications Needed:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent veterinary qualification
Eligible for veterinary licensure in the state of Texas
Strong experience in small animal medicine with interest in urgent care cases
Ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining high clinical standards
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
