Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to oversee the clinical direction of a well-established community veterinary practice located in Three Bridges near Crawley. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide a dedicated team while continuing to provide high-quality patient care within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Working alongside an experienced nursing and support team, the successful candidate will manage a varied small animal caseload while mentoring colleagues and ensuring excellent clinical standards are maintained. The role also includes working closely with the Practice Manager to support the operational and commercial success of the clinic.
