The Role and Responsibilities:
Southern Cross Veterinary Clinic is looking for a receptionist to join our team on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesday. The responsibilities for the role include:
· Following a daily checklist of tasks
· Replying to emails
· Answering calls
· Meeting and engaging with clients
· Greeting and receiving their animals
· Scheduling appointments, surgeries and boardings
· Taking payments for invoices

.Able to identify priorities quickly and communicate effectively with the veterinary team
