We're on the hunt for a motivated, self-driven, and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our team based out of Brisbane. If you're passionate about ag machinery, thrive on building relationships, and have a hunger to close deals, this role is your next big opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Build and manage strong client relationships across your territory
- Proactively sell in house and visit farms/businesses to drive sales and uncover new opportunities
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and after-sales support
- Use CRM tools to manage leads and pipeline, with full support from the admin team
- Represent the business at field days, trade shows, and industry events
What We're Looking For:

Ideal qualities include:
- Proven sales or customer service experience in agriculture, machinery, industrial, or auto sectors
- Strong understanding of Queensland's farming industry
- Practical problem-solver with excellent communication skills
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently, but thrives in a team environment
- Relationship-builder with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
