Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting the effective planning and implementation of vineyard activities — from land preparation and vine care to crop treatment and irrigation.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, enjoys working outdoors, and is passionate about vineyard management and sustainable agriculture.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tSupport the Operations Manager in planning and delivering vineyard maintenance and land preparation programs.\r\n\tCoordinate and record crop treatments, including fertiliser and chemical applications, in line with procedures and compliance requirements.\r\n\tIdentify and report vine stress, pests, or diseases promptly.\r\n\tWork closely with the Operations Manager to manage water requirements and assist with irrigation maintenance.\r\n\tSafely operate and maintain tractors, sprayers, and vineyard implements.\r\n\tConduct and document daily equipment pre-start checks.\r\n\tAssist in training and mentoring machinery operators.\r\n\tEnsure vineyard inputs and materials are available for planned operations.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAbout You\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAQF Certificate III or IV in Horticulture, Viticulture, or a related field or 5+ years of relevant practical experience.\r\n\tChemical User Permit (or willingness to obtain).\r\n\tProven experience operating vineyard or farm machinery.\r\n\tStrong attention to safety and quality standards.\r\n\tGood communication, organisation, and time management skills.\r\n\tA team player who can also work independently, with a flexible and reliable attitude.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nInterested in joining our Team?
