Job Description El objetivo de la posición será generar la demanda de los productos de la Unidad de Negocios de Ganadería con foco en la plataforma de biológicos y antiparasitarios, a nivel de la cadena comercial y de usuarios finales, junto con implementar en la zona de responsabilidad, las estrategias comerciales de manera correcta, lo cual permitirá asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta. Responsabilidades Mantener un conocimiento profundo de nuestro portafolio de productos y de sus competidores. Desarrollar el negocio en su zona de responsabilidad y la adecuada planificación para ello. Plantear tácticas y acciones estratégicas para su territorio. Implementar y dar seguimiento a su plan de trabajo en su territorio, analizando constantemente las oportunidades del negocio. Realizar una venta consultiva con una adecuada planificación, preparación, ejecución y seguimiento post venta. Realizar entrenamientos de actualización a médicos veterinarios, productores y al canal comercial. Realizar una adecuada segmentación de los clientes actuales y potenciales. Identificar e interactuar con los principales líderes de opinión e influenciadores de la zona de responsabilidad. Cumplir con los requerimientos de Compliance, Farmacovigilancia y todas las políticas internas de la compañía. Requerimientos del Cargo Profesional graduado en Medicina Veterinaria Experiencia: Al menos 4 años de experiencia en sistemas de producción bovina y en posiciones similares. Zona de residencia: Cuenca del Salado Carnet de conducir vigente Disponibilidad para Viajar: 75% tiempo.
