Do work that matters
Due to continued growth across regional Queensland, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to be based in Bundaberg, Toowoomba or Townsville.
As a key member of the regional leadership team, this role is pivotal in supporting our Relationship Executives, enabling them to deliver a premium, end-to-end experience for our clients and support sustainable business growth across the region.
You'll champion a high-performance culture, actively engaging, developing and supporting your team through strong people practices. The role also shares responsibility for compliance activities and the effective management of ongoing business expenses, ensuring the business operates efficiently and to the highest standards.
More specifically, you will:
- Lead the business's people and operational functions, including onboarding, training, events and customer functions, across multiple locations
- Support the implementation of business continuity and broader business plans, ensuring operational excellence
- Stay closely aligned with operational requirements while proactively managing costs and efficiencies
- Analyse, prepare and deliver management reporting, providing insights and support to leaders and team members
What are we looking for?

- Exceptional communication, collaboration and organisational skills, supported by strong time management
- A proven ability to foster teamwork, engagement and a positive, inclusive work culture
