With more than 160 employees across three states, we combine the resources of a large operation with the personal values of a close-knit team, serving our customers with honor, integrity, and excellence that exceeds expectations.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You'll Do as a Preventative Maintenance Technician:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPerform scheduled preventative maintenance based on a task list on mechanical milking equipment\r\n\tProvide excellent customer support during farm visits and communicate any service needs beyond your scope.\r\n\tCoordinate with the service and sales teams when follow-up work is required.\r\n\tManage your own workflow around farm milking downtime schedules, usually early mornings or late afternoons.\r\n\tProduce accurate service reports and bill for all time and parts used.\r\n\tMaintain detailed maintenance records and communicate regularly with your Service Manager.\r\n\tParticipate in manufacturer training and ongoing education as requested.\r\n\tFollow all company and farm biosecurity procedures\r\n\tBuild positive, long-term relationships with customers to represent the company with integrity and professionalism.\r\n\tWork full-time with a varied schedule planned monthly, traveling within a 90-minute radius of the shop.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nOur Ideal Preventative Maintenance Technician:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperienced: Minimum one year of experience in a trade such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, or automation; dairy experience is a plus. Brings strong troubleshooting ability and a solid understanding of tools and equipment.
