We’re seeking an agile and talented communicator to join our global leadership communications team and help us shape and elevate our content. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAbout the role.\r\n\r\nAs a hands-on creative storyteller, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our global business strategy to life through executive voices and experiences. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nReporting to the Director, Leadership Communications, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic communications that amplify leader voices, shape organizational narratives, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. You will craft compelling messages across multiple platforms and ensure consistent, impactful communication that advances business objectives. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYou’ll be working with a team of passionate communicators with big ideas. From global events to communications campaigns, this varied role would suit a multi-disciplined self-starter keen to make their mark. Did we mention the free Fries? \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you’ll be doing.\r\n\r\nStrategic Content \r\n\r\n\r\n\tWrite, edit, and produce high-quality content for leader communications including speeches, scripts, presentations, emails, internal announcements, intranet stories, social content, podcasts and more. \r\n\tIdentify and mine stories from across the global organization to advance our winning culture, deepen engagement and contribute to McCain’s reputation as a great place to work. \r\n\tEnsure all materials reflect the executive's authentic voice while maintaining professional standards and strategic intent. \r\n\tProvide counsel on communications strategies, anticipate issues and recommend proactive strategies to enhance leadership visibility and credibility. \r\n\r\n\r\nStakeholder Engagement \r\n\r\n\r\n\tWork closely with business partners and subject matter experts to ensure the successful execution of communications deliverables. \r\n\tManage workflow with executive offices, actively collaborating with Strategy & Transformation teams, HR Business Partners and the broader Global Leadership Communications team. \r\n\tCollaborate across the wider Global Internal Communications and Change Management team, as well as with external and regional communications teams. \r\n\r\n\r\nExecution Excellence \r\n\r\n\r\n\tPrepare leaders for speaking engagements, town halls and other high-visibility events, including global leader connects, employee all hands events, and other enterprise events. \r\n\tEnsure content is published and events are produced on time, as planned \r\n\tActively track and report data on key metrics to gauge content, event and campaign success. \r\n\tConceptualize and design visually stunning graphics, presentations, and communication materials using Microsoft and AI tools. \r\n\tDrive efficiency, simplification and team cross-training to educate team members and support new ways of working. \r\n\tProduce events with planning, communications and flawless execution \r\n\tHandle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality, accuracy and creativity. \r\n\tAd hoc deliverables to support Global HR and Communications goals \r\n\t \r\n\r\n\r\nWhat you’ll need to be successful.\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExceptional communication skills and strong business acumen. \r\n\tExperience supporting leaders with high degree of executive presence. \r\n\tBusiness or professional degree, MBA an asset. \r\n\tBachelor’s degree in communications or a related field. \r\n\tPR Agency, CPG or Retail experience preferred. \r\n\tExcellent project management skills with high degree of agility. \r\n\tHighly organized with strong attention to detail. \r\n\tPositive, proactive, calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly. \r\n\tAbility to manage competing priorities under tight timelines. \r\n\tHighly creative mindset with a passion for pushing boundaries. \r\n\tIntellectual curiosity with a commitment to continuous improvement. \r\n\tProficient in Microsoft, Adobe and AI Tools to bring content to life. \r\n\t \r\n\r\n\r\nAbout McCain.\r\n\r\nClick Here to learn more about McCain and how we provide you with opportunities to make an impact that matters.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nLeadership principles.\r\n\r\nAt McCain, our leadership principles guide how we engage with customers, collaborate as a team, and achieve success.
