Job Description: Our client is seeking a Veterinary Nurse to join a regional veterinary clinic located in Bridgetown in Western Australia’s Southern Forests region. This role supports a mixed veterinary practice providing care for companion animals, equine patients, and livestock within a busy and supportive clinical environment.
Veterinary nurses in this role assist with surgical procedures, patient care, diagnostic testing, and general hospital management. The position also offers the opportunity to assist with large animal work when required, providing varied and practical clinical experience.
This role would suit a motivated veterinary nurse who enjoys a diverse workload and working collaboratively within a veterinary team.
Qualifications Needed:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a veterinary clinical environment preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Confidence handling animals and supporting veterinary procedures
- Interest in mixed animal practice considered beneficial
