Whatwould beyour key responsibilities?
• Ability to translate knowledge of our products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities
• Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic operational needs. Leverage this to grow clinics within assigned geography
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within assigned geography
• Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations to address the unique needs of the Veterinary staff
• Develops strong workingrelationshipwith key stakeholder groups across the BU & organization. Balances the needs and interests of multiple internal and external stakeholders (Account teams, Digital Sales, Inside Accounts and Scientific Affairs)
• Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Effectively execute the Veterinary Business Unit sales strategy
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team-based environment. Adept at working in highly fluid, complex, and ever-changing environments
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with Line Manager and routinely adjust the strategies, tactics, and investments based on changing needs to maximize territory performance
• Budget and reporting: Manage an expense and sales budget. Complete CRM call reports, expensereportsand presentations ina timelyandaccuratemanner
